Orders, Shipping & Returns

What is your return or exchange policy? 

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and send a photo to contact@sonoessencellc.com within 24 hours of delivery. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We are on a mission to transform beauty worldwide! We currently ship throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Oceania, and  locations throughout South America. As we grow, we will continuously increase our shipping methods. 

How soon will I get my order? 

Online Orders: Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday excluding Holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Transit time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Local Pickup: Available to customers who are in the NY/NJ and surrounding areas. Once your order is ready for pick up, you'll receive a notification and be able to schedule your pick up. Orders not picked up within 7 business days will be cancelled. Orders can be picked up MWF between the hours of 10am-8pm EST. 

Can I use Sono Essence, LLC Products if I have sensitive or problematic skin? 

Yes! All of our products are safe and perfect for all skin types, including those who have oily skin or are prone to breakouts. Our products contain natural antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that are anti-inflammatory to help reduce redness and blemishes on the skin. Anyone with sensitive skin or allergies generally see positive results due to the integrity of our products.

Sono, the Italian translation of “I am.” Essence, the meaning of beauty and nature.

Sono Essence, LLC philosophy is deeply rooted in the alignment of Mind + Body + Spirit through the power of Self, Earth, and Higher Power. When using positive “I am” affirmations along with crystal healing, the perfect combination of soul food is created.

How long do my products last?

 Our products have a guaranteed shelf life of 6 months to 1 year. Though, when stored correctly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and excessive moisture, many will last longer. 

Are all of your products cruelty-free? 

Yes! Sono Essence, LLC products are Leaping Bunny Certified, which means that a trusted third-party certification entity went through not just our company practices but also made sure that our manufacturers and formulators are 100% cruelty-free and do not conduct product or ingredient tests of any kind on animals.

Are all of your products free of GMO’s, gluten, and synthetic fragrances? 

Yes, we prohibit the use of GMO ingredients, synthetic fragrances, and gluten in all of our products. Additionally, all of Sono Essence, LLC products are free of parabens, phthalates, silicones, and other known or potentially harmful ingredients.

Why should I cleanse my crystals?

Crystals absorb negative energy, so you will need to cleanse them every so often to rid of any negative energy.

How to cleanse my crystals?

In order to cleanse your crystals, you have a few options. Its best to place crystals in salt, under the moonlight, in direct sunlight, or smudge to rid of any negative energy absorbed.

How can I care for my crystals after cleansing?

Once cleansed, now it's time to recharge the crystal with positive energy. Utilize the sun or moonlight or a form of physical contact to recharge your crystal for its full activation.
